     SENATE BILL NO. 115                                                                                                        
     "An Act extending the termination date of the Board of Storage                                                             
     Tank Assistance."                                                                                                          
                                                                                                                                
                                                                                                                                
This was  the second  hearing for  this bill in  the Senate  Finance                                                            
Committee.                                                                                                                      
                                                                                                                                
Senator Leman explained  the details of the bill and stated the two-                                                            
year  extension   of  the  Board  of  Storage  Tank  Assistance   is                                                            
appropriate. He stated  that tank owners support the continuation of                                                            
the Board of Storage Tank Assistance.                                                                                           
                                                                                                                                
Senator Leman offered a  motion to report SB 115 from Committee with                                                            
a  new Department  of  Environmental  Conservation  fiscal  note  of                                                            
$51,400.                                                                                                                        
                                                                                                                                
There being no objection, the bill MOVED from Committee.
